Rotary Club October Shams hosted Dr. Ute Devika, the brilliant life coach and laughter yoga facilitator.
Dr. Ute was kind enough to demonstrate and practice with us a focused heart breathing technique that helps in shifting the emotional state as well as spreading joy through practicing a session of laughter yoga. Through unconditional laughing, the lungs receive more oxygen and endorphins are secreted. Since laughter is contagious, it was much fun sharing it.

Our club Shams October was honoured to host Dr. Mostafa El Feky, as an eminent speaker in our joint meeting with clubs 6th of October, Zayed, and Sakkara. Our speaker, as a connoisseur and sociopolitical analyst scanned the near history of Egypt and ran an analysis through its different eras and its relation with other countries.
