Virus C project in Palm Hills

Rotary Serving Humanity
Two teams of good hearts and strong determination joined efforts in one of the strongest battles against disease. Our Rotary Club of 6thOctober Shams and Rotary Club of 6th of October Palm Hills teamed up and placed their first step in the tough battle against Virus C. Virus C Hepatitis in Egypt is of high prevalence and its consequences lead to a poor quality of life, then gradually takes lives. The two rotary clubs in collaboration with Kasr Al Aini Viral Hepatitis Patient Care Center(VHPCC) and Trust Laboratories guided by its manager Dr. Sanaa Abdel Shafei, our eminent club member, designated a campaign earlier and fulfilled it on the 10th through the 12th of October. The convoy was carried out on employees and workers in Palm Hills Development aiming at screening them for virus C . On the other hand Palm Hills Administration took on its behalf the treatment of these employees on its expense together with their family members who prove to be positive after lab tests. Number of employees added up to 490 tested for the virus during the 3 days convoy.
Each and every member of the two clubs were having all their heart in this project, working very late, forgetting their fatigue. All their mind and heart was set on one goal...
Egypt Free of Virus C!!!
